These SMS Terms of Use apply when you opt-in to receive SMS text messages from Dr. Bill LaTour’s Disability Advocates of America, and its third-party service providers (“we” or “us” or “our”). Participation in our texting program is optional. By opting in or participating in our program, you accept and agree to these SMS Terms of Use. 

Program Description: By opting in, you expressly consent to receive promotional, informational, and disability claim related SMS text messages from Dr. Bill LaTour’s Disability Advocates of America, directly or by third parties acting on its behalf, regarding the legal services we provide (the “Program”). You understand that consent is not a condition of inquiry or legal representation. 

Opt-Out: You can withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving future SMS text messages by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Message and Data Rates; Message Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any SMS text messages sent to you from us or our third-party service provider. Message frequency varies. Please consult your wireless carrier for details on your plan’s message and data charges.
